FEES
Mr. Bartlett has two rules that guide his fee practices:
Rule 1: The fee must be fair to both the Client and the Lawyer
Rule 2: Never forget Rule 1.
Mr. Bartlett's regular hourly fee is $275. His hourly fee for guardianships, conservatorships and probates is $300, however, in those cases, much of the work is delegated to staff who bill at lower rates.
